1. Prep

Before every hire, equipment is carefully gathered, checked, scanned, and packed into barcoded cases. Our warehouse team ensures each item meets spec and is job-ready, with everything accounted for before it even leaves the building.

2. Dispatch

As cases leave our warehouse, they are scanned out. This real-time scanning ensures that no case is left behind and that the hire is 100% complete. Nothing is left to chance.

3. Return

When equipment comes back, it’s scanned in as soon as practicable. Any missing items are instantly flagged, and account handlers are automatically notified. This allows for quick resolution of shortages and transparent communication with clients.

4. Check-In

Once returned, every single item goes through a meticulous inspection process. Equipment is cleaned, tested, and checked for damage or wear. Only once it passes all checks is it returned to storage and made ready for the next job.

Transparent Shortage Process

When shortages occur, our system flags them immediately. Clients are notified without delay, and our team works quickly to resolve discrepancies. Our goal is to ensure that you’re never left in the dark and always have a clear picture of your hire status.

Smart Tracking & Full Inventory Control

Our barcode and inventory management system offers end-to-end visibility. From a single clamp to a large structure component, if it can be barcoded or laser-engraved with a QR code—we track it.

  • Every item’s full history is logged: where it’s been, who prepped it, and when it was last used.

  • Our system automatically detects and flags items returned incorrectly from other hires.

  • Data is linked directly to our repairs and workshop team, allowing us to spot trends, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure long-term reliability.

Safety, Testing & Compliance

We go above and beyond industry requirements to ensure equipment safety and compliance:

  • External LOLER inspections are carried out regularly to independently verify our internal checks.

  • We have dedicated, full-time staff for In-Service Electrical Testing & Inspection (formerly known as PAT).

  • Inspection and LOLER reports are stored within our rental system and can be provided on request—making documentation simple and accessible.
