Ayrton RawBeam 350 arrives at IPS
We are delighted to announce the latest IPS trade hire addition
Ayrton RawBeam 350
The Ayrton RawBeam 350 arrives at IPS. This next-generation laser-source beam fixture is rapidly gaining attention across the live events, touring and broadcast sectors. Developed by Ayrton as a versatile evolution of its acclaimed laser technology platform. The RawBeam 350 combines exceptional beam performance, compact dimensions and all-weather reliability in a single fixture.
Building on Ayrton’s success with beam fixtures such as Cobra, Kyalami and Mamba. The RawBeam 350 has been designed to deliver extreme output and creative flexibility. It does this while remaining practical for a wide range of productions. The fixture produces an impressive 1,340,000 lux at 10 metres. It features a proprietary 40:1 zoom optical system. This is capable of operating from a razor-sharp 1.1° beam through to a broad 45° field angle.
Compact Fixture, Maximum Output
Despite its powerful performance, the RawBeam 350 weighs just 25.4kg, making it one of the lightest fixtures in its class. Its robust aluminium construction and IP65-rated housing ensure dependable operation in both indoor and outdoor environments. This includes challenging weather conditions and demanding event schedules.
Creative possibilities are extensive. The fixture incorporates a full CMY colour-mixing system, variable CTO correction from 3000K to 6800K, a colour wheel with 15 colours, multi-colour animation effects and CTB correction. Lighting designers can further shape the output using 10 rotating gobos, 25 fixed gobos, four beam reducers, dual frost filters and an animation wheel. Two sets of combinable rotating prisms enable striking aerial effects and complex volumetric looks. These can create looks that stand out on arena tours, festivals and large-scale corporate events. Coupled with the compact size, the RawBeam 350 will be at home on a wide range of productions – whether inside or outdoors.
The RawBeam 350 also offers comprehensive modern connectivity, including DMX, RDM, Art-Net, sACN and integrated LumenRadio CRMX wireless control, ensuring seamless integration into contemporary lighting networks and production workflows. IPS has a full range of wired and wireless data distribution options including the Stardust 8 universe CRMX transmitter. You can find the full RawBeam 350 specifications along with some great photos and video here on the Ayrton website.
