Big News! We’ve cut our hire prices by up to 30%

We’re pleased to share an important update that goes beyond just the launch of our new website. As part of a wider effort to improve customer experience and accessibility, we’ve made a significant change to our pricing, reducing hire costs on a wide range of our most in-demand equipment by up to 30%.

This includes all audio equipment, video equipment, and our range of battery-powered lighting. We have also made price reductions on some specific lighting equipment product lines within our intelligent lighting and control categories.

What’s Changed?

Historically, much of this kit operated under a 3-day week pricing model, which didn’t always offer the best value for clients hiring over several days.

We’ve now introduced a 2-day week pricing structure, which means:

  • If you hire equipment for 3 to 7 days, you’ll now only pay for 2.
  • For hires of 8 days or more, the cost shifts to 3 days, rather than escalating daily rates.

In short: if you previously hired a kit for a week and paid 3 days’ worth of rates, you’ll now pay just 2, a saving for productions of all sizes.

Why the Change?

This adjustment isn’t just about being more competitive, it’s about being more aligned with how long our customers actually need to use the equipment.

Over time, we’ve listened closely to feedback from schools, freelancers, production houses, and independent organisers. What’s clear is that flexibility and affordability matter. This new pricing structure reflects those needs and brings us more in line with current industry standards.

It also acknowledges the practical side of equipment turnaround, enabling us to offer more realistic, efficient hire solutions that better serve both clients and the wider events ecosystem.

Reduced Products

Control desks now at reduced prices include all GrandMA2 and GrandMA3 desks and the ETC EOS Apex and Gio@5 desks. Lighting fixtures now at reduced prices include Ayrton, Clay Paky, Chauvet, SGM, Cameo, GLP, Martin and Robe – you can see all the 26 fixtures below.
