Battery powered portable three phase power
Once upon a time, a three-phase battery power supply you could carry around site seemed like a distant dream. Now, we are delighted to announce that starting summer 2025, you can hire exactly this from IPS. Using a Instagrid LINK MAX, simply connect 3x Instagrid ONE battery packs for instant three phase power, anywhere. Ok, so you’ll maybe need a fried to help carry it – but it is very portable.
Harnessing the stable output from the proven Instagrid battery packs, the LINK MAX enables a 16A 3 phase supply to be created. Silent in use, and with zero emissions at point of operation, there are compelling environmental as well as practical benefits to this product choice. Outputting on a 16A 3P CEE Form connector, this is an ideal solution for motor control for remote rigging applications (PA Delay towers anyone) – and so much more.

The Instagrid ONE Max is already an established hire product within the IPS inventory. This also includes the LINK module which provides a range of single-phase options to combine or switch between batteries/supplies. The LINK MAX takes things one step further.
Please note that only MK2 versions of the Instagrid ONE battery can be used with the LINK MAX – which are ready to hire now from IPS along with all the items mentioned above.
