Just arrived in IPS hire stock, the Chauvet Vesuvio 4 IP Vertical Fog Machine offers CO2 Jet style effects

Chauvet Vesuvio 4 IP Vertical Fog Machine

Bursting into our hire stock is the latest vertical fog machine from Chauvet Professional, the Vesuvio 4 IP. Featuring dual zone RGBA LED illumination, this beast of a machine can project jets up to 15m into the air. It offers an almost explosively dynamic effect. The fog burst output has much in common with a C02 jet – without any of the fuss! This effect caught the eye of our directors as soon as they first saw it in action. Furthermore, the IP rating of the Vesuvio 4IP is a key feature. Designed for use indoors or out. As such it offers an interesting development on our already popular stock of vertical smoke effects.

Users can deploy the Vesuvio 4IP in either horizontal or vertical configuration. This further extends the possible applications for this long-throw effect. Supplied from IPS ready to use complete with a pair of omega clamps fitted with half couplers for flown rigging – plus a safety bond. The Vesuvio 4IP ships from IPS in an individual flightcase, and a 16A to TRUE1 power inlet cable is also included. You can find the full specifications here on the Chauvet website.

Full control is offered via 14 channels of DMX, which is connected via 5pin XLRs. The Vesuvio 4IP weighs 32.75kg per unit. It has a 5.3litre fluid tank, and a 22ml per minute consumption rate. The unit is supplied without fluid – although this can be added as a sales item with your hire.
