More EXE Rise Chain Hoists ready to hire
Over 100x 500kg, 1000kg & 1000kg D8+ hoists added to IPS rigging inventory
More EXE Rise Chain Hoists: We are delighted to have strengthened our automation and rigging capabilities with a substantial expansion of our EXE Technology chain hoist inventory.
IPS has taken delivery of another 40x 500kg, 20x 1000kg, and 24x 2000kg EXE Rise D8+ chain hoists. The new arrivals respond directly to growing demand from rental clients seeking reliable, high‑performance lifting solutions for a wide range of live events, and entertainment industry projects.
The investment brings the IPS hoist fleet to nearly 400 units. This makes it one of the largest EXE Rise rental inventories in the UK. With capacities ranging from half‑ton to two‑ton models, the expanded range ensures IPS can support projects of all scales. As with all IPS rigging hardware, the equipment meets stringent safety and performance standards.
James Mason, IPS Owner and Key Account Director commented:
“The EXE Rise motors have been a great investment as they just keep going out the door. From a rental perspective, they meet all our customer requirements and have proved a popular product. Our crew like using them, and our customers keep asking for them. The biggest issue has been keeping up with the demand. A big thank you to Area Four Industries UK for working with us to deliver everything to fit with our project timescales.”
High specification rigging hardware
EXE chain hoists (often refeered to as ‘motors’) earn global recognition for robust engineering and advanced safety systems. They perform reliably in demanding, high‑load environments. By expanding its fleet, IPS boosts its capacity to deliver flexible and compliant lifting solutions. The company positions itself strongly for what is expected to be a busy 2026.
Luke Holloway, IPS Head of Department for Rigging also likes the EXE Rise hoists. He adds that the units are “smoother and quieter in operation than many other models”. He also thinks they are a great addition to the IPS range.
This latest investment continues the long‑standing partnership between IPS and Area Four Industries and reflects IPS’s ongoing commitment to investing in leading event technology that supports safe and efficient production workflows.
