PLASA Focus Leeds 2026

Tradeshow Update: Join IPS at PLASA Focus Leeds on Tuesday 12th & Wednesday 13th May 2026.

We are heading to The Royal Armouries in Leeds in a few weeks for PLASA Focus Leeds 2026. We’ll be in the New Dock Hall on stand N-B05 as usual. A familiar location, but lots has changed. We have a new stand design, some brilliant new hire products, some new faces. Plus of course a LiteDeck load of pick ‘n’ mix!

Key new hire products on the IPS stand will include:

Brand new Chauvet Professional PXL Curve 1 fixture
Full Astera Quik Family – QuikBeam, QuikSpot & QuikPunch
EXE Rise D8+ Chain Hoist with SRS Control
New Robe iFORTE LTX based Robospot system
Just Arrived: d&b audiotechnik U-Series loudspeakers
And much more!

We have been celebrating 20 years of IPS recently, and will be hosting a birthday drinks reception after the show on Tuesday 12th May. We’d love you to join us – pop along to the stand to find out how to get your pass to the event.

Another first for IPS: We are sponsoring both the Show, and the Royal Armouries Cafe area for 2026. Check out the full details below:

IPS Marks 20 Years with Expanded Presence at PLASA Focus Leeds

Building on its long standing presence as an exhibitor, IPS’s role this year goes far beyond the stand. In a landmark first for PLASA Focus, the company will sponsor the Royal Armouries café. This is a central hub for industry professionals to connect, recharge and collaborate throughout the event.

This dual presence reflects both the scale of IPS’s growth over the past two decades and its continued commitment to supporting the industry. Visitors can explore the latest technology and speak with the team at stand N-B05. Meanwhile the café will offer a dedicated space at the heart of the show. The cafe will provide space for informal meetings and conversations, bringing people together in a way not previously seen at PLASA Focus.

Together, the stand and café presence underline IPS’s approach as it enters its third decade. IPS combines investment in the best event solutions, with a strong focus on relationships, collaboration and practical support on site. PLASA Focus Leeds 2026 offers the ideal setting for this milestone moment. IPS are inviting visitors to explore its latest innovations at stand N-B05; and make the most of the Royal Armouries café as a central meeting point across the show.
