SRS LV Motor Control System
We are excited to have taken delivery of our latest motor control systems. Based around the SRS Rigging AHD-LV motor controller, we have created a linkable 24 channel system. Built into a robust 24U rolling rack flight case for easy onsite handling. Our new motor control systems contain power distribution and remote controllers in a single box solution. Designed for operating electric chain hoists using low voltage control. The motor control racks are ready to use as soon as they get to site.
Each rack is complete with controllers and power distribution built in. A rack drawer houses a 24 way remote control handset with a 20m control cable. Plus a link cable is included to join racks. To create the 48 channel system, simply hire two of the 24 channel racks and add the 48 way controller. The racks have just arrived into stock, and details will be on the website shortly – ask your IPS contact for further detail and pricing.
Well Connected
Power input is via three phase PowerLock connectors. Plus there is a handy link output for when multiple racks are in use. The custom power distribution unit also includes 4x motor power outlets on the front panel. These are ideal for testing or running out chains next to the controller if needed. There are a further 2x motor power outlets to the rear of the rack, plus 2x auxilary 16A 1p outlets for local power too.
Outputs on the racks are via six pairs of socapex connectors. Wired to the IPS standard of 4-ways per soca, these outlets can either be directly connected to motor power and control fan / break outs, or extended via socapex multicore cabling. We also stock LV Motor Looms with power and control cables in 3m, 5m, 10m, 15m, 20m and 30m length options.
Low Voltage Motor Hire

Ready to hire now are D8+ EXE Rise Motors in 500kg, 1000kg and 2000kg versions. These are supported by a full range of rigging accessories, truss and much more. Motor cable looms, socapex cabling with motor break in and outs are also in stock. IPS also has 1way pickle controllers along with 8way, 16way and 32way Kinesys control options.
