We’re excited to be back at The Showman’s Show, bigger and bolder than ever. This year, we’ll be exhibiting our Prolyte Tunnel Roof Stage alongside a wide range of our Trade Hire Equipment. We’d love you to visit our stand, catch up on the season just gone, and discuss your future event plans with our team.

This year also marks 20 years of IPS. We’ve celebrated the milestone with significant investment across our team, inventory, and service offering. As a result, we’ve strengthened the solutions we deliver across every department. Two decades in, we’re not slowing down. Instead, we’re building on everything that has made IPS one of the UK’s most trusted names in the events industry.

Whether you’ve worked with us for years or you’re just getting to know IPS, this is the perfect opportunity to see what our team delivers in practice. Backed by one of the UK’s largest hire inventories, our own vehicle fleet, and an experienced in-house technical team, we deliver everything from individual dry hire packages to full-scale technical production. Most importantly, we do it efficiently, reliably, and without compromise.

What’s on Our Stand

To celebrate 20 years of IPS and a year of major investment, our stand offers the perfect opportunity to discover everything behind the IPS name. From Staging & Structures to Technical Production and Trade Equipment Hire, our team will be available across every department to discuss how we can support your next event, whatever stage you’re at.

In addition, you’ll find examples from across our complete product range. We’ll be showcasing staging, rigging, lighting, video, audio, and power solutions, all working together on the stand. Better still, you’ll have the chance to meet the people who make it happen day in and day out.

Fancy a Slice?

By popular demand, and as an IPS tradition, the pizza oven is back!

If you’re visiting on Wednesday lunchtime, be sure to stop by for a slice. Not only can you say hello to the team, but you can also help us celebrate 20 years of IPS. We’ll also have hot and cold drinks available and, maybe even some cakes too.
