We’re excited to share that Steve “Shad” Yelland has officially joined us as Project Manager.

For many of us here, this feels less like a new introduction and more like the natural next step in a relationship that’s been years in the making. Shad is someone we’ve crossed paths with on festival sites, loading docks and production cabins for decades. We’re thrilled to finally bring his experience and energy into the IPS team.
A career built on Festivals, Touring and getting things done.
Shad’s journey through the industry began back in the 1990s. Starting out in audio before moving into the fast paced world of festivals and touring. Over the years, he has become known as the sort of person you want beside you when things get busy or complicated and the person who keeps everything on track, no matter what.
Shad brings with him a blend of festival, touring and staging knowledge that’s increasingly rare. He understands the on the ground realities, load-in times, site safety, crew flow, and the critical decisions that make or break a production day. That instinctive awareness is exactly what strengthens our ability to support large, complex events.
Supporting IPS as We Continue to Grow
As demand for our staging, structures and multi-discipline production services continues to rise, Shad’s arrival expands our capability in a meaningful way.
