The DT 100 are fully enclosed dynamic studio headphones with

The d&b B10-SUB is a compact subwoofer ready to discretely reinforce your low frequency output. An ideal partner for our U3, U5 and U7 cabinets, especially well suited if a minimal footprint installation is important.

The compact enclosure is just 280 x 706 x 565 mm. It can be used in either portrait or landscape orientation and has handy carry handles on either side. Convieniently it is also fitted with two threaded M20 speaker pole mounts which can be used in either orientation. The B10-SUB weights 27kg, and has a smart black finish matching the other system cabinets. The frequency response extends from 38 Hz to 130/100 Hz.

You can drive up to two cabinets per channel from all the current range of d&b amplifiers. We’d suggest the versatile D25 as an ideal choice – or consider the D80 if you want the full 130dB max SPL.

The B4-SUB is an actively driven cardioid subwoofer powered by a single amplifier channel. It houses two long excursion neodymium drivers in an integrated cardioid setup: a 15″ driver in a bass-reflex design facing to the front and a 12″ driver in a two chamber bandpass design radiating to the rear. The cardioid dispersion pattern resulting from this approach avoids unwanted energy behind the system that greatly reduces the reverberant field at low frequencies and provides the greatest accuracy of low frequency reproduction. The B4 subwoofer can only be used in a ground stacked setup. The B4-SUB cabinet is constructed from marine plywood, has an impact and weather resistant paint finish and a pair of handles. An M20 threaded flange in the top panel accepts the d and b Loudspeaker stand winder M20. The loudspeaker cabinet is also available in Special Colour (SC) options.

The arrangement and tuning provide a cardioid dispersion pattern using a single amplifier channel. Its frequency response extends from 39 Hz to 150 Hz. The max SPL is 132 dB.

The d&b D12 Amplifier is ready to hire from IPS. The two channel D12 amplifier is a 3U rackmouted unit. It delivers medium to high power into low impedance loads between 4 and 16 ohms.

The D12 contains setups for many older d&b loudspeakers and a linear mode. The signal delay capability enables user definable settings of up to 340 msec (=100 m/328.1 ft). This can be applied independently to each channel. The same applies to the 4-band parametric equalizer, providing optional boost/cut or notch filtering. The D12 incorporates a digital rotary encoder and a LCD display to configure the amplifier. Like all d&b amplifiers, the D12 utilizes an autosensing switch mode power supply for mains voltages.

The D12 amplifier incorporates d&b SenseDrive. This system delivers accurate control of LF drivers in d&b loudspeakers running in 2‑Way Active mode or in actively driven d&b subwoofers. When you fit the D12 with EP5 connectors and the appropriate five‑wire cabling, you can enable d&b SenseDrive. This produces extremely precise bass performance, even at high levels. Some IPS hire units use EP5 connections, while others use NL4. When we supply the EP5 option, we include NL4 adaptors with every hire.

RJ45 connectors provide access to the Remote network via CAN‑Bus. d&b System check verifies that the system performs within a predefined condition, while d&b Load monitoring delivers automatic, continuous impedance monitoring. Both functions identify the status of an LF or HF driver in systems with multiple elements, even when those elements have a passive crossover fitted.

The four‑channel d&b D20 Amplifier is ready to hire from IPS.

The 2 RU D20 amplifier delivers four channels and suits applications that require low to medium SPL capability. It uses the same Digital Signal Processing platform as the latest generation of d&b amplifiers.

The onboard signal delay allows user‑defined settings of up to 10 seconds (3440 m / 11286 ft), and you can apply this independently to each channel. You can also apply two 16‑band equalizers per channel, offering parametric, asymmetric, shelving, or notch filtering. The D20 includes a colour TFT touchscreen display for quick menu access, while the rotary encoder provides precise adjustment. The front panel and touchscreen tilt upward to improve visibility when the amplifier sits below eye level.

The equal ratio of signal inputs to amplifier outputs increases flexibility. This makes the D20 particularly effective for monitor, frontfill, or effects channels. The integrated LoadMatch function electrically compensates for loudspeaker cable properties. The D20 uses Class D amplifiers with a power supply featuring active Power Factor Correction. It supports mains voltages from 100 V to 240 V at 50–60 Hz and maintains stable output even with weak or unstable power sources.

An NL8 connector provides all outputs on a single multicore connection. Dual‑channel mode uses four individual NL4 connectors, while Mix TOP/SUB and 2‑Way Active configurations for applicable d&b loudspeakers are available through two central NL4 connectors. etherCON and RJ45 connectors provide access to the d&b Remote network via OCA/AES70 over Ethernet and CAN‑Bus respectively. Two d&b audiotechnik D20 amplifiers in a wheeled rack case. The front of the rack provides access to the amp controls, and is fitted with a 16A single phase power inlet. The front panel also contains a patch bay with individual XLR inputs for each channel of both amps, and a link out. XLR links are supplied to connect inputs 1-4 of both amplifiers in parallel – however these can easily be changed if neeed.

The rear of the rack houses the output panel. This contains various speaker output options as follows:

• 4x direct outputs for each amplifier on NL4 connectors (8 in total)
• 1x NL8 output for each amplifier (2 in total, four channels per output)
• 1x Socapex output. The socapex is wired in an eight way configuration which matches our IPS Socapex to 4x NL4 output adaptors. This provides 4x NL4 outputs, each wired with two channels via the 1+/1- and 2+/2- connections. You may also need NL4 barrel joiners and  NL4 to NL2 breakout adaptors to connect to individual speaker cabinets. You can easily extend these cables with any of our 2.5mm multicore socapex cabling.

D20 Amplifier details

Each D20 amplifier delivers four channels and suits applications that require low to medium SPL capability. They include an onboard signal delay allows user‑defined settings of up to 10 seconds (3440 m / 11286 ft), and you can apply this independently to each channel. You can also apply two 16‑band equalizers per channel, offering parametric, asymmetric, shelving, or notch filtering. The D20 includes a colour TFT touchscreen display for quick menu access, while the rotary encoder provides precise adjustment. The front panel and touchscreen tilt upward to improve visibility when the amplifier sits below eye level.

The equal ratio of signal inputs to amplifier outputs increases flexibility. This makes the D20 particularly effective for monitor, frontfill, or effects channels. The integrated LoadMatch function electrically compensates for loudspeaker cable properties. The D20 uses Class D amplifiers with a power supply featuring active Power Factor Correction. It supports mains voltages from 100 V to 240 V at 50–60 Hz and maintains stable output even with weak or unstable power sources. The d&b D20 Touring Amplifier Rack contains 3x D20 amplifiers in a compact wheeled rack.

Designed as a fully equipped and prewired system rack, the d&b D20 Touring Amplifier Rack provides mains power distribution, connector interfaces and all internal cabling for three D20 amplifiers. You can find the full D20 amplifier specifications on the d&b website. The D20 Tour Rack is a quick to deploy amplifier solution for many current d&b loudspeaker cabinets in the IPS hire range.

Power connection: The IPS D20 Touring rack has a 32A 3Phase CEE mains power inlet on a short lead. It has a 32A 3Phase mains link outlet on the rear of the panel.

Speaker connection: The IPS D20 Tour Rack has a front mounted loudspeaker connector panel. This includes three NL8 (4 channel) Electrically interlocked auxiliary mains outputs (powerCON 16A sockets) are provided to power an optional DS10 if fitted. If you need NL4 connectors, you can also connect directly to the rear of each amplifier. This is via the rear door of the rack. Each D20 has 6x NL4 output connectors on the rear panel. There is one per output channel, plus a pair of two channel combined 1+/2+ options.

The d&b audiotechnik D25 Amplifier is ready to hire from IPS. The four channel D25 amplifier provides power output optimised for smaller high-efficiency d&b mobile systems. It does this whilst offering the same full DSP feature set as the high-output amplifiers.

The D25 offers a maximum output power of 4x 1800/900 W into 4/8 Ω within a compact 2U rackmount chassis. The D25 has a dynamic range of 112 dB (unweighted) and incorporates comprehensive loudspeaker management, switchable filtering functions as well as user definable equalization and delay capabilities. Incorporating up to 16 input channels, the D25 accepts eight Milan audio inputs, four analogue inputs, and four AES3 channels.

The D25 uses a switch‑mode power supply with automatic mains‑range selection and active Power Factor Correction (PFC). This design draws clean current and delivers stable, efficient performance even under adverse mains conditions. The amplifier incorporates enhanced onboard energy‑saving features, including Automatic Wake Up, which helps you reduce resource consumption and meet environmental responsibility requirements. You can access the d&b Remote network via Ethernet using the Open Control Architecture protocol (AES70 / OCA). d&b LoadMatch enables the D25 amplifier to maintain tonal balance when you use cable lengths of up to 70 m (230 ft) with applicable d&b loudspeakers. The D25 is suitable to drive a wide range of d&b loudspeakers – and is especially well suited to the new U-Series. Also ready to hire from IPS, this includes the U3, U5 and U7 loudspeakers.

d&b D6 Amplifier

The 2U rackmount two channel lightweight D6 amplifier delivers medium power into low impedance loads between 4 and 16 ohms. The D6 contains configurations for d and b loudspeakers and a linear mode; exceptions are 2-Way Active, A-Series, J-Series, SL-Series, V-Series, B22-SUB and M2. The D6 is a popular amp hire choice for use with our d&b E6, E8 and T10 loudspeakers.

The signal delay capability lets users define settings of up to 340 msec, enabling correction for more than 100 m of distance (100 m / 328.1 ft). Users can apply delay independently to each channel. The 4‑band parametric equalizer works the same way, providing optional boost, cut, or notch filtering. The D6 uses a digital rotary encoder and an LCD display to configure the amplifier. It also uses Class D amplifiers with a switch‑mode power supply and active Power Factor Correction (PFC). It operates on 120 V to 230 V mains voltages at 50–60 Hz and maintains stable, increased output even when connected to weak or unstable mains supplies.

IPS supplies the d&b D6 Amplifier with two NL4 loudspeaker output connectors. RJ45 connectors provide access to the Remote network via CAN‑Bus. d&b System check verifies that the system performs within predefined conditions, while d&b Load monitoring provides automatic, continuous impedance monitoring. Together, these functions determine the status of LF or HF drivers in systems with multiple elements, even when the components are passively crossed over.

The d&b audiotechnik D80 Amplifier is ready to hire from IPS. The four channel D80 amplifier is a high power density amplifier in a 2U rackmount chassis. It contains configurations for almost all d&b loudspeakers and a linear mode. The signal delay capability enables user definable settings of up to 10 s (= 3440 m/11286 ft). The D80 incorporates Class D amplifiers utilizing a power supply with active Power Factor Correction (PFC). It is suitable for mains voltages 100 V/120 V/200 V/230 V, 50 – 60 Hz. It maintains a stable output when used with weak or unstable mains supplies.

The D80 amplifier outputs are NL4 connectors plus one centered NL8 connector with all pins driven. RJ 45 and etherCON connectors enable access to the d and b Remote network via CAN-Bus and OCA/AES70 via Ethernet respectively.

The d&b DS10 Audio network bridge interfaces between Dante networks and AES3 digital audio signals. It does this while also providing distribution of Ethernet control data.

Usually found either within d&b amp racks or at FOH, the DS10 is a great solution to digitally distribute system input channels. Until recently, the DS10 was only fitted in IPS D80 Tour Racks. However with increasingly complex system depolyments, we have now made this avaliable as a seperate item. This means it can also be included with D20 Tour Racks.  It can also be used as a standalone device. Everything can be configured depending on your system design.

“Positioned within the signal chain in front of the amplifiers, this 1 RU device expands the d&b system approach in both mobile and installation environments. Each unit can deliver up to sixteen Dante network channels via AES3 digital signal outputs. The AES3 channel streams from the DS10 carry meta data with Dante channel labels and cabling information to the four channel d&b amplifiers. Additionally, four AES3 input channels provide access to the Dante audio network for applications such as a break-in from a Front of House console.

The DS10 incorporates an integrated 5-port switch. This offers network redundancy with primary and secondary connections for the Dante protocol. Plus also advanced functions such as Multicast Filtering and VLAN modes. This extensive switch flexibility provides extended connectivity for a laptop to control the d&b amplifiers using the R1 Remote control software. The d&b E12X-SUB is a compact, lightweight, high performance subwoofer for use with d&b E-Series loudspeakers.

The built‑in passive crossover network lets the E12X‑SUB operate in parallel with the E8 loudspeaker on the same amplifier channel, greatly extending the systems’ low‑frequency headroom and bandwidth. You can also run it in active mode on its own amplifier channel without making any changes to the subwoofer. In Active mode, the E12X‑SUB supplements any E‑Series cabinet — including the compact E6.

Ideal for smaller applications where you need the low frequency response of a subwoofer without the space needed for a larger unit. Constructed from marine plywood with an impact resistant finish, the cabinet is easy to move about and deploy thanks to a handle and an M20 threaded flange on the top. d&b E6 Horizontal Bracket Z5378

Designed specifically to be used with the compact d&b E6 loudspeaker. This bracket enables the E6 to be supported in a horizontal configuration to get audio exactly where it is needed. This orientation enables maximum benefit from the small horizontal dimension of the E6 cabinet. These brackets enable the E6 to be ‘tucked’ into a wide range of postions. Perfect for when ubobtrusive audio reinforcement is required. Applications include under or over LED display screens and many more. The bracket can also be used in a vertical configuration if required, whilst still providing coverage adjustment in the horizontal plane.

The E6 employs an integrated coaxial driver. The horn with its 100deg x 55deg dispersion pattern can easily be rotated through 90deg providing a 55deg x 100deg pattern without the use of tools. The Z5351 E8 Horizontal bracket enables E8 loudspeaker cabinets to
be mounted and set to different horizontal or vertical angles.

The E8 is a high performance 2-way multipurpose loudspeaker, employing an integrated coaxial driver. The E8 can be used for speech and music applications as a stand-alone full range system, or incorporated into larger distributed sound reinforcement situations. With the addition of an E12X subwoofer in passive or active mode or any other E-Series subwoofer, it can also easily reproduce higher level music program. The multifaceted shape of the enclosure allows use either in an upright or horizontal orientation as well as deployment as a stage monitor. The d&b M4 Stage Monitor is a high‑performance 2‑way loudspeaker. Almost universally accepted on any performer or artist rider, you’ll find the M4 on a huge number of stages – and the techs love them too.

The M4 uses an integrated 15‑inch 1D LF driver and a 1.3‑inch 1D exit horn‑loaded HF coaxial driver, both featuring neodymium magnets. Its constant‑directivity horn provides a 50° x 70° (h x v) dispersion pattern, delivering a precisely defined coverage area on stage. You can also operate the M4 in 2‑Way Active mode.

The d&b MAX 15 Stage Monitor is a high‑performance 2‑way full‑range wedge format loudspeaker.

The MAX uses a 15‑inch LF driver paired with a coaxially mounted 2‑inch compression driver. This design delivers a coherent sound field with strong vocal projection and excellent feedback stability. Its 60° conical dispersion provides a clearly defined coverage area on stage. The MAX can also operate in both passive and active modes. The Rota clamp must only be used to suspend d and b loudspeaker
cabinets from a single suspension point in connection with
applicable d and b rigging accessories. The Rota clamp allows the
load to be attached to overhead bars or truss with a tube diameter
of up to 50 mm (2inch).

The Z5373T Cluster bracket allows up to three T10 loudspeaker
cabinets to be mounted and set to different horizontal or vertical angles.
For this purpose two M8 threaded inserts at the d and b standard spacing
of 115 mm (4.5inch) together with a center M10 thread are integrated in
the tie bar of the bracket.

The maximum permitted working load of the bracket is 33 kg (73 lb)
(according to BGV C1) which corresponds to the weight of a maximum
of three T10 loudspeakers.

d&b T Series Line Array Flying Frame Z5370

The T10 is a passive 2-way loudspeaker housing two 6.5″ drivers positioned in a dipolar arrangement and a 1.4″ HF compression driver and a passive crossover network. The T10 can be used both as a line array and as a high directivity point source loudspeaker. The HF driver is fitted to a unique waveguide horn producing vertical line source directivity with a 90deg horizontal pattern that is maintained down to approximately 600 Hz. An acoustic lens placed in front of the horn widens horizontal dispersion to 105deg, rotation of the horn by 90deg relative to this produces an accurate point source dispersion, transforming a vertically oriented T10 into a stand-alone full range loudspeaker with 90deg horizontal and 35deg vertical directivity pattern. The T10 cabinet is constructed from polyurethane integral hard foam, incorporates integrated line array rigging hardware and has an impact resistant finish. Amplifiers & comparisons for the U7

The U7 can be driven by any current d&b amplifier. This includes the D25, D40, D80 and D90, plus all the installation range versions too. You can drive up to two U7 loudspeakers per amplifier channel.

The U7 is the largest loudspeaker model in the U-Series range. The cabinet dimensions are 611 x 268 x 355 mm with a weight of 19.2kg. This makes the U7 a little larger than the E12 with a comparable audio coverage and frequency response – albeit with a higher power handling. It could also be seen to sit between the Y7P and Y10P in terms of coverage (and comparable weight/dimension) at a lower rental price point.

The Stack adapter is attached to the rear rigging strand of the V-SUB cabinet.

The V-SUB is an actively driven high performance cardioid subwoofer powered by a single amplifier channel. The V-SUB features integrated rigging equipment, and shares the same acoustical and visual design as the V-GSUB, which is intended for ground stacked applications only. It houses two long excursion neodymium drivers, an 18″” driver in a bass-reflex design facing to the front and a 12″” driver in a two chamber bandpass design radiating to the rear. The cardioid dispersion pattern resulting from this approach avoids unwanted energy behind the system that reduces the reverberant field at low frequencies and provides the greatest accuracy of low frequency reproduction.

The V subwoofer can be used to supplement V8 and V12 loudspeakers in various combinations, ground stacked or flown, either integrated on top of a V8 / V12 array or as a separate column.

The V-SUB cabinet is constructed from marine plywood and has an impact and weather protected PCP (Polyurea Cabinet Protection) finish. Designed to fly vertical arrays of d&b Y8 Line Array cabinets – and also can be used to fly the d&b Y-SUB too. The d&b Y8 Flying Frame Z5390 is a tour ready Line Array fly solution ready to hire. Designed for single or two point rigging, the frame can also be used with the Rotaclamp. Perfect for quick onsite deployment, users can fit the fly frame whilst the cabinets are still in the tour cart, making this a great tour solution.

Users must use Y-Series rigging components (Flying frame, Load adapter, Locking pins) only with d&b Y-Series loudspeakers.

Users can use the Z5390 Y Flying frame to suspend a total system weight of 540 kg SWL. This can consist of up to 24 Y-TOP cabinets or a SUB column with a maximum of 10 Y-SUB cabinets.

Rigging components enable users to fly arrays of up to 10 Y-TOP cabinets, with a total system weight of 220 kg, in any vertical splay angle configuration between the cabinets. DPA d:fine 66 Headset Mic Beige (Microdot)

An adapter that connects DPA headset microphones, DPA lavalier microphones as well as DPA instrument microphones to Shure, TOA, PGX1 and Line 6 wireless systems.

The DPA DAD6034 Sennheiser Microdot Adaptor is an important but often overlooked radio mic accessory.  It is an adapter that connects DPA headset microphones (such as the DPA  d:fine headset mic that is ready to hire from IPS), DPA lavalier microphones as well as DPA instrument microphones to Sennheiser Evolution, X2 Digital Wireless, Audio Ltd. En2 TX wireless systems.

The adapter comes with an original DPA MicroDot to Mini-Jack Connector (with thread) inlet. The output is a locking type 3.5mm mini jack as used on many sennheiser radio mic systems – including the Sennheiser EW-DX range stocked by IPS.

The Palmer PLI-02 600 Ohm Isolation Box is a signal line isolator that reliably eliminates ground loop hum. It allows for both balanced and unbalanced signals to have their ground sources isolated. Using Combo input, XLR outputs and superior Palmer transformers, the PLI 02 can effectively isolate any combination of balanced and unbalanced, stereo or mono signal sources. This listing is for the hire of a Yamaha 64ch Rio Stage Rack. This wheeled rack holds two Yamaha Rio3224‑D2 digital stage boxes. It also includes a Yamaha network switch, a UPS and custom panel work. It integrates seamlessly with our Yamaha CL5 digital desk. The cabling works with the CL5 Console Rack and the 100m FOH multicore system. The front of the rack presents the two Rio units. Brush plates feed breakout patch cables to the rear VDM connectors. The rack also provides controls for the LED case lighting system.

The rear of the rack exposes the front of the Yamaha network switch. We set this up to provide an easy way to connect a primary and secondary Dante connection. A 48‑way and 12‑way VDM connector carry the main audio connection. This is designed to link directly with our 60‑channel Audio Split Rack. The rack also includes a 2U 12‑way VDM patch panel with 12 sets of male and female XLR connectors, plus VDM in and out connections for auxiliary patching as required.

The Yamaha Dante 5x Primary & 5x Secondary Switch Rack 2U is a 2U rack sleeve which contains 2x Yamaha SWR2100P-5G network switches and a connection panel. Quick and easy to deploy, these compact racks offer a plug and play network connection solution for digital audio networks.
