The COLORado PXL Curve 5 is essentially five of the excellent PXL Curve 1 fixtures in a single unit. Each of the five heads features motorised pan, tilt and zoom in a compact linear IP65 rated RGBW LED beam and wash fixture. Each head includes the added punch of dual linear cool and warm white LED strobe cells. Designed for seamless pixel mapping with multiple fixtures, alignment pins maintain pixel pitch. Its colour blending and rectangular head also match other COLORado PXL models in the rig. Control options include DMX, sACN and ArtNet, along with RDM and NFC support. The Ayrton Domino LT is an impressive large format LED Moving head. It is a large fixture, optimised for long throw applications needing serious lighting punch. Featuring an IP65 rating, it can be used in almost any location.

To create this extreme Long Throw luminaire, AYRTON has used huge 225 mm-diameter front optics that can obtain an ultra-intensive beam. The proprietary optical system has 13 lenses. This can deliver a 15:1 zoom ratio and a zoom range of 3.5 to 53degrees.

The DOMINO LT tackles the most extreme conditions with ease. It acclimates to all types of environments and withstands rapid climate changes. Equipped with a 500 W LED source calibrated at 8000 K, it can deliver metallic white light with an output of 27,400 lumens. The Ayrton Diablo S is ready to hire now from IPS.

Ayrton has taken on the ambitious challenge of making Diablo the smallest, lightest and most efficient luminaire of its category. Key features are the record output of 19,000 lumens for a total weight of 21.8 kg. The DIABLO fixture is a powerhouse of technology that will tempt the most demanding lighting designers.

To achieve its objective, Ayrton has miniaturised the framing system while maximizing the performance level. This framing section allows accurate positioning of its four shutter blades on a 100% surface area in all positions. This enables the user to frame any object regardless of the luminaire’s position. A new ultra-compact high-output 550 W power supply feeds eight motors within the framing system. The fixture is the same size as the previous MISTRAL format. DIABLO borrows the same 13-element proprietary optical system. This delivers a 7.5:1 zoom ratio with a zoom range of 7 to 53 degrees. The 119 mm frontal lens can produce an extremely uniform flat beam that can render images perfectly in all conditions and at any beam angle.

The Robe RoboSpot system features a BaseStation with a large 15.6-inch HD touch screen for the operator to observe the performance from a first person viewpoint and a full range of hand controls for operating the fixtures such as pan, tilt, intensity, focus, faders and many others, all of which are fully customisable for the operators benefit. Case 2 – custom IPS multicore loom case. This contains a 75m cable loom with input and output boxes and link looms to connect basestation and camera. The loom contains a TRUE1 power feed for the camera, plus DMX and Ethernet connections to get everyhting working. The camera/output loom box is designed to truss mount, and is supplied fitted with a clamp and safety bond.

If you hire this kit, all you’d need to add is one of the brilliant IP65 rated Robe iFORTE LTX FS (with camera) and then add additional Robe iFORTE LTX WB (without camera)) as needed. Looking for the ROBE RoboSpot camera on it’s own? Then this is the item for you!

Historically the RoboSpot Camera has only been available to hire from IPS as part of our brilliant full RoboSpot Kit. However, with the arrival of our new Robe iFORTE LTX FS moving head fixtures, we have changed things around a bit. This means that you can now hire either the full kit, or just the camera. Or alternatively you can hire just the RoboSpot base station controller and looms. This makes everything a lot more flexible.

ROBE describe the RoboSpot Camera as “a revolutionary moving head fixture featuring an integrated HD camera remotely controlled via DMX to pan, tilt, zoom and autofocus. Featuring a full HD camera with high light sensitivity capabilities down to 0.3 Lux illumination levels, the fixture provides a “first person view” for the followspot operator to track the performer across the stage. The SGM G-7 BeaST IP66 is a dual-purpose moving head specialized in aerial beams and high-power blind / strobe effects. Its glass parabolic reflector collimates multiple reflections into one coherent beam of light. Meanwhile a rounded array of LEDs, inserted in the center of the reflector, delivers a high-power white strobe blinder. Due to its wide lens aperture, projection capabilities, and outstanding direct view effect, the G-7 BeaSt creates an innovative system specially interesting for long-throw applications, high-scale tours, and versatile installations.

LED Technology

The G-7 BeaSt features a powerful 360W white LED engine in combination with a 440W SMD array. Both lightsources work at their maximum output when operated independently. Plus they can also build effects together within a 650W limitation. With 102 lumen per watt, the G-7 BeaSt is the most efficient luminaire in the SGM product range. The LEDs expected lifetime is 20,000 hours.

Optics & Photometrics

The G-7 BeaSt mounts a special optical system based on multiple reflection collimation over a glass parabolic reflector. This system allows the unit to output a powerful parallel beam of light with a 320mm (11″) lens aperture. The strobe blinder consists in multiple lightsources with individual lenses inserted in the center of the reflector, optimized for direct view applications. With a beam light output of 85,000 lux at 10 meters, and a strobe blind effect able to reach 50,000 lumen, the G-7 BeaSt offers a performance way above of its size. When the beam and the strobe / blinder are used together, the fixture is able to keep the same lux values.

Aerial FX
The G-7 BeaSt features an unique aerial projection, thanks to its bright parallel beam of light, 6 rotatable gobos (2 split colors, 3 gobo patterns, and 1 frost filter), expandable beam, and special animation effects. This product has been optimized for high visibility, and therefore it is ideal for long-throws that need to be seen from a distance.

Efficiency
With 102 lumen / watt for the strobe / blinder function, the G-7 BeaSt is the most efficient fixture in the SGM range. The whole luminaire has been optimized to obtain the highest output with a maximum power consumption of only 640W. When the fixture only uses the strobe blinder, 500W is the maximum power.

IP rating, Dehumidification & Thermal management

The durable IP66-rating of the G-7 BeaSt ensures that the unit is kept free from externally induced particles and liquids. These include smoke fluid, dust, dirt, airborne pollution, and humidity. It is ideal for outdoor applications, while being a sustainable and long-lasting choice for indoor installations as well.

The internal built-in dehumidifier protects this fixture from moisture, pollution and any other factors that can generate corrosion. The patented SGM dehumidification, not only removes humidity, but also prevents oxidation and condensation. Meanwhile a gore-tex membrane equalizes internal pressure to prevent leaks.

This powerful luminaire is optimized to manage heat impact through SGM’s unique thermal management technology. The technology consists of a uniquely designed body and heat sink, which ensures optimal cooling of the LED chips. Additionally, the special aluminium alloy and surface treatment ensures maximum heat dispersion. Meanwhile the fan-assisted cooling ensures optimal performance at any time and under any conditions. These include variable temperatures, limited airflows, confined installation spaces, etc. Like all SGM products, the G-7 BeaSt consists of SGM’s superior thermal management technology. The JDC Burst 1 is the powerful successor to the JDC1, setting new standards in brightness, color variety, and flexibility. Clay Paky Sharpy Wash Hire

The Clay Paky Sharpy Wash 330 is an extraordinarily compact, lightweight 330 W washlight, with the luminous efficiency, graphic and optical performance of a 1000W fixture. It is extremely silent and quick, and fitted with a complete CMY colour system plus colour wheel. Other features include a 6.5deg to 48deg zoom, mechanical dimmer, beam shaping filter and motorized top-hat. At minimum beam angle, the Sharpy Wash 330 produces a beam like its brother Sharpy: the two lights are designed to work perfectly together. It is an eco-friendly light, allowing considerable running and consumption cost savings.

Cameo OTOS B5 IP65 Beam Hire

Razor-sharp, dazzlingly bright beams still characterise the appearance of modern lighting designs. With the OTOS B5, you can create these expressive looks on any indoor or outdoor stage. The IP65- compliant beam moving head is a light-intensive powerhouse based on a 480 watt discharge lamp. With a cold white colour temperature source (6800k), it delivers an punchy illuminance output of 11,500 lux at 100m. The OTOS B5 has a high-quality optical system with 205 mm front lens. Shooting out this lens is an impressive light output, with a narrow 1 degree beam angle. The fixture offers a competitive hire rate and, with its IP65 rating, serves indoor and outdoor events. Lighting designers regularly include this Cameo fixture on festival stages, outdoor events, and large TV show productions throughout the season.

The effects section of the OTOS B5 includes a static gobo wheel with 19 gobos + open and three rotatable and indexable prisms on two planes. These allow you to create a variety of mid-air effects and add depth to your designs. You can also create a wide range of colours thanks to the CMY colour mixing and the additional colour wheel with 14 dichroic filters for particularly saturated colours. The RDM enabled DMX control has three modes: 17-channel basic, 19-channel standard and 23-channel extended. Supplied from IPS in Two-Way flight cases. Each fixture is supplied with a pair of omega brackets on quick trigger clamps. Plus a safety bond and a 16A to TRUE1 power cable. With a rigging weight of only 33 kg, the OTOS B5 Beam Moving Head is one of the lightest representatives of its performance class.

The Chauvet COLORado PXL Curve 12 is a fully pixel-mappable motorized IP65-rated RGBW LED batten. Complete with individual control of zoom, tilt and color across twelve independent heads.

Color STRIKE M is an IP65‑rated motorized strobe/wash that features two ultra‑bright white tube elements surrounded by an electrifying, color‑mixing, pixel‑mappable face. This versatile strobe also functions as a powerful wash fixture. Its 180‑degree motorized tilt lets you throw bright, saturated color exactly where you need it.

The IP65 casing protects the fixture from any environmental factors or weather. It has two omega-bracket attachments so you can mount the fixture horizontally or vertically without any hassle. Plus built-in alignment pins insure perfectly straight linear arrays to create massive arrangements.

Multiple programming personalities give you a varying amount of control from simple set ups with a multitude of built-in effects. The COLORado PXL Curve 1 features motorized pan, tilt and zoom in a compact IP65-rated RGBW LED beam and wash fixture. It brings the added punch of dual linear cool and warm white LED strobe cells. Designed for seamless pixel mapping with multiple fixtures, alignment pins maintain pixel pitch. Also, its color blending and rectangular head perfectly match other COLORado PXL models in the rig.
