The POWERSHOT II is a compact shot unit that fires electric confetti or streamer shots. Place it on stage or mount it on a truss. Plug in an electric shot, set the angle and fire away! Shoot confetti up to 6 or 12 meters and streamers from 12 up to 20 meters in the sky.

The POWERSHOT II is the next generation of the original MAGIC FX POWER SHOT. This electric confetti unit is the perfect professional solution for any party or event. It can be mounted on a truss or placed on stage by using the MAGIC FX BASEPLATE. 1, 2 or 4 units can be placed on a baseplate. Insert an electric confetti shot, pick the desired angle and shoot confetti or streamers into the sky.

The POWERSHOT II is perfect to use in small indoor venues like clubs and bars or at wedding parties, but also for large outdoor events like festivals, concerts and sports events. The type and size of the electric shot you plug in will decide the effect. You can shoot confetti from 6 meters (50cm shots) up to 12 meters (80cm shots). Or shoot streamers from 12 meters (50cm shots) up to 20 meters (80cm shots).

The POWERSHOT II can be controlled by a 230V on/off switch. As soon as the power is switched ON, the unit will fire the electric confetti shot. We recommend a RED BUTTON or FX-COMMANDER. To control Powershots by DMX, the SFX SWITCHPACK is the best solution.

Perfect for sports events, product launches, big annoucements, dramatic entrances and much more.

Showven state that SPARKULAR is their original innovative product and the first spark‑fountain machine in the special‑effects industry. They designed SPARKULAR for demanding professional use, with adjustable spark heights from 1.5 to 5 m.

Featuring patented non-pyro technology, the Sparkular is easy to set up, and very safe in operation. The Sparkular uses no gunpowder, unlike traditional pyrotechnic effects that can be difficult to store safely. The effect creates no smoke or pyro smell – although it does create a small amount of grey dust in operation. You can view and download the user manual from the Showven website here.

The Showven Sparkular DMX machine is ready to hire from IPS now. PowerCON connections provide power input, and each machine comes with a 16A to powerCON cable. Please note that DMX control is via 3PIN XLR. You can find 3-5 and 5-3 pin DMX adaptors here if you need them. IPS Sparkular hire units arrive in either 2‑way or 4‑way flight cases.

Please note that Sparkulars require Showven Sparkular Granules for operation. Granules are a consumable item and the cost for these is NOT included as part of the hire. Please ask us for details and current prices. The sparkular offers up to 10-20min effects run time from a full granule hopper.
