Corporate Events IPS work on a diverse range of projects on a regular basis; these range from festivals to film premieres, and from theatre performances to business presentations. This broad experience base means that we can apply creative ideas from a variety of disciplines to specific projects. We have the logistical skills to ensure that your event infrastructure is constructed within the required timescale and budget, and the finished product is the standard that is required.

We can get involved at various levels, our lighting designers can craft creative lighting designs, to either subtly enhance your event, or dramatically transform the environment. We are also happy to work with you preferred lighting designer, and our technical team can then help realise the design by arranging the logistics of the lighting hardware and getting it installed onsite - when it can be programmed and operated either by our technicians, or again you can provide the crew. With large stocks of generic and intelligent lighting, plus a range of control options, we can supply everything required for almost any size of event, whether inside or out. Away from the stage and performance areas, we also have emergency lighting and site lighting equipment to make your event site safely navigable by the event guests, and safe for your staff to work.

IPS stock an extensive range of industry standard audio equipment from Microphones to Loudspeakers and everything in between to satisfy your event requirements, along with any artist technical riders. We can supply a simple system for making announcements, through to a complete audio solution for live concerts and multi-stage festivals.

Our inventory includes:

Line-array and point-source PA systems from d&b audiotechnik and L-Acoustics.
Powered speakers from RCF and Proel.
Analogue and digital mixing consoles from Soundcraft and Yamaha.
Radio microphone and IEM systems from Shure and Sennheiser.
DJ equipment from Technics and Pioneer.
Communication and intercom systems from Altair and Clear-com.
A complete range of microphones, DI boxes, cables, multicores, stage boxes and audio associated infrastructure.

We offer a Trade Hire service to the event industry where we can supply equipment for collection from our warehouse or we can deliver to site and offer an installation service. Alternatively, we can provide a complete turn-key technical solution including highly experienced professional technicians and sound engineers to setup and operate the equipment throughout your event.

We use proprietary manufacturer specific system design software for modelling PA system designs – such as d&b ArrayCalc. This helps us deliver consistent audience coverage and optimum sound quality for events ranging from a few hundred in an indoor conference setting, to tens of thousands on a green field site, concert arena or stadium.

All our equipment is clean, meticulously well-presented and packaged. Everything is thoroughly tested, serviced and maintained to the highest standards.

By combining transport costs, and some crew, we can offer package prices including our Audio equipment with Staging, Rigging, Lighting, Video and/or Power elements, which represent great value.
