Thank you to everyone that came to see us on our stand. Here are the highlights:

We were back in our Two Storey Control Structure this year, in a 6m wide by 8m deep configuration and we barely needed the heater. We served pizzas on Wednesday lunchtime, as well as a range of drinks and IPS cupcakes. We talked to lots of people about all things Staging and Structures, especially the range of Outdoor Roof Stages ready to hire from IPS.

New features on display included the new Glass Balustrade Handrails fitted to the front of our structure. These have a smart black framework with glass infill panels to provide a smart alternative to spoked or performance style handrails – perfect for viewing platforms.

Also on display was a Portrait orientation LED Screen Support Structure – fitted with some of our new Chauvet REM 3IP LED Screen. The structure was clad with our new Black Wall Panels, which will now be standard for all our Projection & Control Tower structures for 2025.

We have a new range of LED Screen Supports launching too, with Layher based options like the one on our stand, alongside Black Truss based options.  Ready for 16:9 widescreen, Square/ Instagram and TikTok style portrait 9:16 options, structures can be supplied bare or fitted with IPS Outdoor LED screen panels.

We still have Outdoor Structure availability for some summer 2025 dates, please get in touch with our team to discuss any upcoming requirements. Alongside our extensive range of Staging and Structures, IPS also have a vast Trade Hire inventory of equipment that can be hired to support your event including Staging, Rigging, Lighting, Video, Sound and Power equipment – you can check out the details and latest prices here.

The weather was kind this year which helped with a successful few days at the show. Great to catch up with so many people visiting our stand. If there is anything that you didn’t see on display that you’d like to see next year at the show, or a product or service you’d find out more about, please get in touch and let us know.
